1) Has the Kickstart course improved your life in Anyway?

It has improved my life & my family’s life in every way. We are all eating healthier & being more active. 

 
2) Did the Life coaching course exercises Help? if so, in what way?

Yes, straight after the course they continued to help focus my thoughts & helped give me direction. A year on I still use the 10 minute rule – a brilliant way to tackle things I would usually have put off doing. 

 
3)How did the nutrition part of the course change your eating habits?

It helped a great deal & initially gave me the knowledge to substitute the high fat & sugary snacks with more filling nutritious foods. 

 
4)Did the kickstart course improve you;
  – Currant athletic ability?
  – Cardiovascular ability?
  – Muscular capacity?
  – Flexibility capacity?

After the 6 week course, I definitely noticed increased cardiovascular ability & a year on continuing exercise classes I have noticed huge improvements in all of the above categories.

 
5) Did the Kickstart course raise your energy levels ? 

Yes & I looked forward to the exercise part of the course each week.

 
6)Did the kickstart course help you lose weight & inches off your body?

Over the 6 weeks I got rid of 6lbs & a year on with improved eating habits & continuing exercise classes I am now weighing 4 & 1/2 stone less.

 
7)Did the Kickstart course improve your mood & ability to cope with stress?

It probably did at the time but at the moment with a toddler under 2 I really believe that nothing beats sleep deprivation(& ability to cope with stress)  better than uninterrupted sleep. Maybe the next course could have a module for coping with stress which includes a duvet/snooze corner. 

8)Would you recommend the Kickstart course to friends & family?

Definitely & have done so, the discussion part of the course was really beneficial in getting advice on health issues & ways to coping with adapting to healthier way of living. Even though there were others completing the course, there was a feeling of one to one attention.
